Stopped by to inquire of someone repairing my spoiler. Very unfortunately, I met Imperial. Completely Rude & Condescending!!! I was completely shocked at our conversation He asked "Are you from this area," I replied "No , kindly (thinking: as if it matters). Imperial then stated "go back to your area to get it done." I then asked for a manager, "he shyed away and replied "I'm the only estimate manager " Completely disgusting!!!!!! Go somewhere else guys, "they" are prejudice if you are not from Las Vegas!!! I couldn't make this up if I tried

I brought my truck in for body work. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive throughout the process. They helped repair my cab of my truck and they did a wonderful job removing and reinstalling my power slider back window. Everything works as should and looks as good if not better when I bought my ram. Thank you rob and imperial over at sincity Collision; you guys are exceptional!
