They wanted three dollars to replace a bumper. I think I will go else where.

Took my new vehicle in to repair damage to front end and passenger door, no other damage or repairs needed. I was quoted 2 weeks to complete work. Finally after 3 weeks and several phone calls the work was complete. When I got in my car the new tint on the door they had worked was badly scratched, my A.C. didnt work at all, check engine light was on, and the blinkers in the front bumper they replaced didn't work either. I went back in the store to talk to them and was told that it wasn't anything they did that the car was like that when I dropped it off. ???Seriously, total and outright lies!!! Completely unprofessional and caused more problems then when it was dropped off.... At this point the dealership who is fixing there poor excuse for repairs has called and said Maaco crushed the wire harness in front bumper do to poor installation, thats why blinkers weren't working. Still waiting to here what else they find with other issues. Even the service manager at the dealership was shocked at how terrible the work was. Maaco on russell is a bunch of lying crooks. -5 stars should be there rating.
