Absolute crooks. They took my money and didn't fix my fridge at all then my insurance company was going to send them back out and they refused to come back out stating they don't know how to fix it. Wow how are they even in business at all if they can't fix appliances. Anyone who deals with them I suggest you get a lawyer and sue them because they are very unprofessional and can't do basic repairs at all. I bet their license is fake too. They lie in their reports just to get the money and when called out on it they refuse service. Now I'm dealing with my insurance regarding this because my fridge shouldn't be freezing food but yet the tech says he doesn't know how to fix it and then put it in the reports as nothing wrong. CROOKS!!!!!!!! Reporting them to BBB immediately

The service men arrived late, blocked my driveway, and proceeded to ring my doorbell 10+ times. After allowing them in (regrettably), they spent 20 minutes removing screws and nothing else, only to then tell me that they couldn't fix it but needed that 79$ dollar service fee all the same. Grossly unprofessional and highly doubtful as to whether they even know what they're doing.

They came out last year to service my refrigerator through my home warranty. They said they were going to have to rebuild the entire refrigerator, compressor and all. They said they did and got paid to do so but did not do the work. I am having the same problem again so the home warranty sent them out again. They said the same thing "I am going to have to rebuild the entire refrigerator". I said, that's what you said last time, and if you did that why isn't my refrigerator working? I do not like them. They don't answer the phone or get back to anyone with updates. I am cancelling the service with them!

RUN! If these guys come out kick them out! Their reviews are fake and quality of work is the worst! Our warranty company had them come out and the could not even service anything and turned around telling our warranty company they did the work to get paid! I'm born and raised in Vegas and found the fly by night hack companies all over. I would not recommend them to change my toilet paper.

I called M-Y for a 3.5 year old LG refrigerator with the newer linear compressor that stopped cooling. M-Y canceled our first appointment on Wednesday and had to re-schedule for Thursday. So I changed my schedule to be home on Thursday. Wednesday morning I get a call from their tech to say he was nearby. I agreed to have him see what he could do.  He arrived with another younger man and after explaining the issue to them, he said that he knew LG's had a malfunctioning issue with the linear compressors. Yes, I know, there's a class-action law suit regarding this. My fridge compressor was running and I suspected a loss of refrigerant. I am a retired engineer also licensed in HVAC/R (but I didn't mention this to them) . I wanted to see what they had to say. They were in our home for about 5 minutes. He touched the compressor and said yes, It was dead...it's warm.  No gauges or other test equipment was used to confirm maybe its a circuit board issue. Well of course it's warm...that's what compressors do when they're running. So, ultimately he quoted me $1,400 for a new compressor...to start. I thought since he knew about the linear compressor failures he would also know there was a 10 year warranty on them. I originally told the store that our fridge was under warranty and expected the tech would know this service call was to "under warranty" replace what was needed. He suggested I call LG to send me a new compressor. He offered to return to install it. I would have done the install myself but I wouldn't get any warranty since I'm not an authorized service tech for LG appliances. What I got out of this waste of time (besides a $79 service call) was the sense of an attempted scam from this tech. He insisted on getting a credit card from me but I'm on to him by now and insisted to pay by check which he reluctantly agreed to accept. Reminds me of shoddy car and A/C repair services.  Who knows how much more I would have been charged for parts and labor. Lesson learned. By they way, a very pleasant tech from another company arrived the next day and confirmed with his gauge set that the refrigerant "Freon" had leaked out. Complete repair service at less than a third of the M-Y quote is scheduled tomorrow.
