Received multiple competitive estimates for my outdoor patio but chose them because they offered to go above and beyond.

Had a consultant come to our home to bid an outdoor kitchen. He advised they do not provide any designs of the kitchen until you sign a contract. I asked him if he expected me to sign a contract for a project based on scribble drawn on a paper, he told me that many do sign but he would try to have something done and sent to me for review. It has been 3 weeks, and there has been zero communication.

Worst company ever no customer service skills! I have a Solar patio cover that Made in the Shade Patio installed and ever since I've had it it's been nothing but issues. And now another issue has come about and because they only have a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, and I'm past my 1-year warranty by a few months now any repair that needs to be performed I have to pay. Again nothing but issues and this is just one more issue and they want money to fix another one of their installation issues.

No follow-up or customer service! Both me and my friend had this company come out to bid both of our houses for complete outdoor kitchens. They never got back to us! Even after we tried following-up with them, no return phone call, nothing! Why waste either of our time if they can’t even put together a bid or a simple courtesy call saying they can’t do the job.
