DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance is the worst I have ever experienced. Its been 2 weeks since I have made a request. They have showed to my house 3 times and say oh I need to go get the part and they leave and never come back. I just dont understand and no one can give me an explanation and this has always been an issue since I moved here 7 months ago. The maintenance workers here and the lack of care for management will be the fall of this place. Take your hard earned money somewhere else!

My household hasnt had access to toilets or a shower for 2 days. You call the emergency line after hours once the apartments tell you everythings fixed to be hung up on and no maintenance ever show up.

I recently came in to look for some apartments and came across Felipe and Fernanda and they were great, although they didnt have any apartments available Im hoping soon they do. I will be back thank you so much.

Just signed our lease everything was super easy and convenient. We did everything online no need to miss hours of work to go in there and sign paperwork. We were working with the property manager and she was very communicative, attentive and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and it was easy to comprehend. Thank you we are excited for our new place to call home.

The office ignores calls & doesnt follow up or take accountability with maintenance issues. It took 4 months to fix a leak and now going on a week to fix my refrigerator.
