An honest review: my boyfriend and I like the place. We’ve heard bad things from neighbors here and there but we’ve never really experienced any problems ourselves. We’ve been here for a year and a half so far. I’d like to stay another year if the rent doesn’t go up to much. Pros: we’re on the second floor and the vaulted ceilings are amazing. We love the interior stairs, it makes the apartment feel so much bigger and homey and I didn’t see many other apartments offering this feature. The kitchen appliances are nice. The pool area is nice and gym is usually empty. The apartment is very spacious for the price. (I just hope they don’t keep raising it) good size bathroom and love the washer and dryer. Cons: yes in the hotter months there are crickets but they die off when it gets cold out and come back maybe around April or may. At first we were so bothered by them and there were so many but our neighbors recommended a bug repellent that you spray maybe twice a month around the house and we barely have any now so the problem is fixable. The pool area used to be 24 hours then they made a curfew due to someone misbehaving there at night so kind of unfair that one person ruins it for all of us but c’est la vie. Our water heater broke in the summer (thankfully not winter) and it did take kind of a while to fix so we had no hot water for about a week. Also when they took out the old water heater it dripped rust water on our rug which stained it and I’m sure we will get fined for that even thought it wasnt our doing. Other than that maintenance is pretty quick. We live in the front of the complex so maybe that makes a difference in our experience versus other peoples. All in all we enjoy living here and I would recommend it to others.

Bug infestation in my appartment. We put in a request for service and they sent some guy who worked for another company. He didnt do anything. He said the spiders were " helping us out" . Maybe they just don't care.

This company SCAMS people out of application fees. I was very cautious after reading MULTIPLE REVIEWS about them doing this to others - eventually they did it to me!! I would not recommend this property or business to anyone.

I must say, our beginning was different!! But, Natalie, Loryn and Deedee are amazing!! They made us more than happy and went above and beyond for us!! We just mived in and everything has been wonderful!! The maintenance supervisor Carvin, is perfect!! All of our needs have and continue to be met!! We are more than happy woth our decision to .ake this our home and look forward to the next year with them!!
