Copper Creek Apartments

I was originally going to post that you should never go by the reviews and star ratings. I'm happy to say I saved myself the embarrassment. In the very beginning, I was going to immediately post 4 stars, because the Initial contact was wonderful and you're made to feel very welcome, thus wanting to ignore the reviews and low star rating. However, sadly, what this place did was so far in the unethical practice (and illegal) it has left other complexes in the Vegas/Henderson area stunned. I have messaged rental attorney's, the court system, and mayor. I did speak to Signature Management, but they just turn you back to the complex. Things are absolutely amazing now, in and entirely different complex not owned by Signature Management. I want to save you the trouble, TRUST LOW STAR RATINGS AND BAD REVIEWS.

They have really great amenities: two gyms, two pools, and complimentary yoga classes. The staff is very friendly and often provides residents with gift cards, snacks and even meals during fun events!! It is a great community as it is very quiet and located next to everything off of Silverado, not to mention a great view of the strip!! Ignore the bad reviews and give Copper Creek a try!! It is an awesome place to be!! Thank you!! ☺️

Thought it was a nice place... except they raised the rent by $400. Forced me out, had to take the first place I could afford. Now they are telling me that I owe over $4000. Sure glad that they take care of seniors. 😠😠😠😕

Place is nice & all. Been here 2 years. But the really bad thing is that there is a REALLY BAD ANT INFESTATION HERE. IVE DONE EVERYTHING I POSSIBLY COULD TO KEEP THE ANTS FROM ENTERING MY APPARTMENT. Mind you im on the 2nds floor. And i keep my appartment very clean but i cant keep the ants out. They are EVERYWHERE outside. Jusy imagine trying to watch tv on the couch and some black ants come crawling on you. This appartment needs to do something to kill insects.
