At first, I gave it 1 star, b/c I was told the unit was fully renovated and it's the complete opposite. Of the 6 windows in the unit, only 2 were replaced. But they have fixed some of the things I complained about (except the appliances, cabinets, and windows). I've been VERY unhappy with this unit, did my crying (I turned down so many nice places elsewhere) but this is close to work which was the reason I chose it. Think I'm only staying for a year, though... Pay attention to the 1* ratings. On the plus side, though my last apt was much better inside, it was its only redeeming quality. The grounds were kept very poorly and the smells and garbage ruined the living experience. Update 3/5/24: Management has been really cooperative in trying to resolve things, quickly. Things are looking up! Update 3/14/24: More improvements...Thank you! Update 4/5/24: Clearly, I spoke to soon. No improvements were made but some things were covered up/ignored with an excuse. Did a walkthrough the apt today, but not with the manager who claimed she would make amends. Leasing agent Sandra (who me rented the place) and maintenance supervisor Ernesto were immediately defensive, aggressive, deceptive and a little rude. Everything looked and smelled "fine" to them. At times they did not want to take pictures of things I pointed out. I was told this apartment was renovated when I moved in - It's only partially renovated and there's a difference in price for that - at least from all other apartments I have seen. And all I got for that was a "sorry I wasn't more specific." This apartment is in poor condition and was rushed, when I was willing to wait another month for them to do it right. Instead it's sloppy and haphazard. Everybody knows what it looks like when mistakes have been painted over, also paint left on cabinet doors and floors. Old appliances. Smelly fridge, I have to put all my food in containers to keep it from smelling bad...and yes, I actually spent 50 bucks on two devices that get rid of smells. Dishwasher not even bolted to the counter, dirty, and coming out the wall. Oh! And now that it's warmer, it turns out that the apt grounds are just as filthy and unkept. Stay away from this neighborhood if you can. I kick myself for not being more thorough when I checked the place out - I was very busy at the time with work and school and dealing with temporary health problems. I'm not one to play with ratings, I am a student security analyst and cybercop with a 4.0 and belong to national and international honor societies. I can see straight and I don't lie, so I'm going to leave it at 1 star unless and until this situation is resolved. Pictures coming soon.

Been here 1 month. we love it here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is excellent and very timely. Recommend living here.
