As described, bad management, bad construction, loud, smells bad, and noise emanating from the walls and floors all day and night, it’s hard to capture the low tone vibration, here is a visual You can see the water slushing and moving on their own that’s the vibration, that low frequency noise makes all hours day and night also makes these penetrating vibrations throughout the unit, I am a current tenant, I don’t wish to be contacted.

Bad construction, bad management (don’t contact me pls), smells like garbage room in the hallways, Here is the noise everyone mentions, low frequency noise that constantly vibrates the floor and wall 24/7, you won’t hear it but you can see the vibration which are felt throughout the unit,
