The Belmont Apartments

Office staff does a HORRIBLE job controlling the parking situation so the tenants park where ever is convenient for them and choose not to be decent people park accordingly. I would suggest finding another complex if you are on the fence about this place. I have already contacted the office multiple time about this and nothing has been done to resolve it.

Great apartment living! Tall ceilings. Great place to live, as it's very affordable and they encourage you to decorate during the holidays. We had a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and large closets. I wish we could have stayed at the Belmonts longer as we really enjoyed our time there. Additionally they have events/community give-aways, eg like coffee and donut day. Pizza day. These events happen every month. Very friendly staff, I would like to shout-out Rebecca who we spoke with on the phone when we were first interested in the apartments. Rebecca has been extremely helpful even throughout our stay at The Belmont. Very friendly and resourceful. Thank you Rebecca for everything!

My husband and I have been here for a year now and the office ladies are just absolutely amazing. They are great with our 12 year old dog as well.
