The waiting list is 9 hundred and 9 it's based on your income age start 50 if you're disabled 55 enough they have one bedroom which is called the cottage and two bedrooms are in the towers utilities included you pay for your cable they're very beautiful central air and heating you buy your own washer and dryer TV room dayroom weight room mailroom for the cottage mailroom for the towers computer room beautiful wonderful manager he's awesome the groundsman's are awesome the ladies in the front office is sweet a pool 2 Jacuzzis, BBQ grills all around The complex , a area for the dogs to play fence in, poop bags for the dogs gated, washer and dryer on every floor if you don't have your own. I just love it

I called to get pricing and information about the property and was initially greeted by Jackie who was very pleasant and polite. My guess is that she was new because she wasn't able to answer most of my questions. She politely told me that the property manager JD would be able to help me with the information I needed. My call was then transferred to JD who was completely rude and unprofessional. I stated my name and told her that I had a few questions about pricing, to which she responded by saying, "I don't have time to answer any of that, I just had like 4 other calls before you!" Before I could respond she hung up the phone. Didn't bother to get any information or offer to call back at a better time. This was by far, the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced off the bat. I hope the calls are recorded as a training is definitely in order!
