This is the most awful place to rent from. Unfortunately we have lived in this hell for almost a year and I wish I could get out of it. They moved us into an apartment that didnt have a working oven. They didnt replace it for 2 months until I finally threatened to take them to court and they decided then to fix it. They never come to fix work orders. I put one in 2 months ago for our washer and they have yet to come and fix it. Their excuse is oh we will see what we can do! We will make sure we get it fixed yet they have the maintenance people painting doors that cover the trash dumpsters instead of fixing things people need fixed. The office ladies are rude. Lilly is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever dealt with. She could care less about her tenants. They all just care about getting their money and going home. They dont care about anyone that rents from them. The best advice I could give you would be not to rent from them!! Just dont do it!
