Still waiting for that lease renewal that we've called about for the last 3 weeks. No one is ever in the office so how the hell do I get ahold of someone that will send the damn lease renewal? My roommate has talked to 3 different people in the office and each time they said they would send the renewal that day and each time they didnt.

I've have been living here for a little over a 3 years. Johanna the new manger is simply hands down the best manager we have ever experienced! Since she has been here I can see the change in the staff. From maintenance to office staff. The energy and atmosphere is so much lighter and all is will help with everything! Johanna thank you so much for making this a pleasurable place to live.

I really like living at Redwood Gardens Apartments. The leasing office is very helpful. The maintenance workers do a great job. And the neighbors are very nice. I like living here! I would recommend Redwood Gardens to other people.

I moved to the Redwood Gardens because my two daughters and my five grandchildren moved here. I can say that my transition here was not easy, but the manager, Roxanne, Chris, Grace, and Javier have been very helpful and understanding. Though, I became impatient at times, Roxanne calmly and professionally made sure that all the issues in my unit were taken care of. I've never had a problem with bedbugs, if there were any bedbugs, I wouldn't be a resident here. I want to thank Roxanne, Grace, Chris, and Javier for including the tenants for various holiday celebrations. My grandchildren enjoyed all the festivities Roxanne, Grace, Chris, and Javier had here at Redwood. My five grandkids enjoyed the Holloween, the Haunted Office, Thanksgiving Lunch, and Christmas celebrations with Santa, the Reindeer, the Grinch, and the Elf was just phenomenal!!! My grandchildren had a blast!!! I also want to thank Roxanne, for putting locks on our laundry to ensure that the tenants can wash their clothes in a secure laundry room. Every morning, maintenance Chris and Javier are always out early in the morning cleaning and sweeping the entire property. Thank you, Roxanne, Grace, Chris, and Javier for working hard to make the Redwood Gardens a comfortable and peaceful place to live. If there were complaints about the property being dirty from other tenants.....it's mostly from those whose units aren't clean. I'm just saying....my unit is Clean and Spotless!!!
