Very Affordable and great location. Mario the building manager, is fantastic, always friendly and on top of any issues that may come his way. He will always go out of his way to help you out. Very happy at The Landing Apts.

I previously looked at these apartments when they were Heidi 1 and 2, and you would never know they are the same place. I remembered this place when my cousin started college and thought it would be a perfect fit so close to the school. This property is gorgeous, right in the heart of college town. The price is so reasonable for a student, it is so close to class, shopping, bus lines, FOOD, and entertainment. It is a quick uber or bus ride to downtown or the strip and really well maintained. Mario, the manager was the most charismatic, upbeat person we have ever met. I left their overjoyed knowing my family would be living in such a great community for her first time on her own.

Wish I could give 0 stars these places seemed nice & I went back home and did my online application paid the non refundable application fee($50) along with the refundable holding fee ($100) and I got a call days later from Denise Vasquez asking me to upload valid iD and proof of income. Well she called me when I was at work and I couldn’t talk much but I asked about my refundable $100 and she then tells me if I cancel my application they’ll keep my money but if I get approved of denied it is refundable 🤔 I tried telling her that I’ll give them a call back after work and I had to end the call quickly. About a hour n half later I received a email denying me for the apartment due to credit and income, and I never got the actual chance to upload any documents she asked me to which tells me she was personally bothered about the call and took it upon herself to deny me. But since I was technically denied I should be receiving my $100 like I was told by her but now I’m unable to get ahold to anyone there no emails being returned so with all that being said they lie & they think they can keep people hard earned money because of a person feeling versus handling business like any other front apartment office does.
