Extremely disappointed with this place. Only 2 computers to do their waivers on - so really long lines. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and rather than actually looking around to make sure things are going smoother, or *gasp* safe, sit around looking at the floor or picking at their nails. When kids got hurt they didnt even ask if they were ok. And yea, the chair are as uncomfortable as everyone says and filthy.

The places is fun for kids but like everything in Vegas its ruled by adults. I took my boys here and just keep hearing all the adult complain about all the kids here. Be the first ones here so you can get some time before all the ADULTS come.

One of the workers called my son "Lil hommie" you can't do that lol directly to him couldn't even come to me HIS PARENTS my son is 7 lol
