Great staff, friendly customers, clean facility. I always wind up chatting with staff and other parents when I'm there, and everyone is friendly and attentive to the kids, who are generally well-behaved. The facility and toys are clean, and the staff always keeps the area very tidy. I'm also glad they offer a pre-paid pass so we can pay per visit since we don't come often enough to justify a full-blown membership. My 4 year old is always asking to go.

This place is ok, but i expected a lot, a lot more than what we experienced. You pay around 300 dollars for 2 hrs, for pretty much a playground. They did help pass the cake out but most of the time the two girls (white girl, black girl) were just standing around. Maybe thats all they're suppose to do, but for over 300 dollars that i paid for, i expected a lot more. The place in Henderson was a lot better, and atleast the two people there interacted with all the kids and kept them real busy.
