I called these guys for service on my AC unit. Came promptly on time with everything prepared including my freon that i needed. They charged the right price for the freon and the visit, ...but that's not where they exceeded my expectations. The side gate at my house was not accessible , lost my lock key, so he didn't refuse the job, instead he went ahead and climbed the wall to get to the unit with his tools, ...not easy let me tell you ! ...but he did it fast and efficient and finished the job! Great company to deal with and the best part is they are honest about what you need, and more importantly what you don't need. They never try to upsell you or sneak in hidden charges. I've used them a few times over the years, but I guess the mark of a good company is that I've referred them to friends and family as well, without hesitation. Service: HVAC repair

Doesn’t deserve any stars. Tried to convince me that my 6 year old unit needed to be replaced and my new roof tore up as well ( don’t worry he knows a roofer) $9K + or $160/month for 10 years. Not counting roof repair. Part is still under manufacture warranty. He didn’t even bother to check. The part he replaced last year also has to be replaced. Not a repair company. Just want to make big bucks on installation. Do Not Use. *** Rich told me part was probably not under warranty. Called another company for second opinion. Service Tech told me part is still under warranty, and ordered part.
