    Joseph was prompt and professional; he was thorough and efficient in his work, identifying that my AC compressor capacitor was in need of replacement, saving me potentially thousands in the long run! As he didn't have a replacement in his service truck, he immediately left to get one and was back within 20 minutes to change it out. Also, as I had mentioned to him that I was having a cooling difference issue with my master BR located over my garage, he in turn got Raul on in on the loop, who popped over to give me options and estimates on potential fixes, from expanding duct work to a mini-split. With their knowledge and experience in this Vegas heat, I trust their opinion and am excited to have scheduled duct work expansion next week I look forward to continued service through Home Air Conditioning & Heating for all of my cooling and heating services!

    If I could give this place a lower review I would. Unfortunately my experience with this company has been terrible. I hope for their future customers sake they take issues more seriously and when someone voices complaints that they listen and try to resolve. My apartment building hired them, probably because theyre cheap. My AC unit has been out for almost a week now and by the time they can actually get it fixed it will have been 10 days in total. Id like to break down my experience for u so u beware and the same thing doesnt happen to u. When the technicians arrived to my place of residence. I told them the issues with my AC. I was told that it feels good in here compared to outside and that heat rises Which was probably why my AC couldnt get that low. Ive lived in my apartment for a couple years and know how low my AC can get in the summer. Id like to point out that I am a young pregnant female and when I voiced my concerns to the two technicians it was not taken seriously. That same day they arrived a little later then they said they would and while they were working on my AC unit I had to leave for work. I asked the technicians if it was okay for me to leave and they said it was fine and they did not need to get inside the unit any longer. That night the lowest my AC got to was 80 reaching up to 91. We called our emergency line again and they sent out a technician once more a day after. This technician did a thorough walk through checking everything even my breaker. He found the issue and to him I am grateful. It had to do with my compressor. Fast forward a day or so later and the compressor was installed by a different technician again they had shown up 30 minutes past the times they said. It was already 4:30pm when they said theyd arrive between 12-4. He waited the whole time in the apartment. My boyfriend worked at 4pm and was already running late when they came to install the compressor. He wasnt able to leave until after 5pm to go to work. He asked the technician if it was okay for him to leave and he was given the okay to do so. When he came back home the temperature in the apartment was once again not getting any lower then 80 degrees. We called our emergency hot line once more and the same two technicians from when we initially called came the next day. This time I waited in my car 2 hours for them to show up, they came in did the same walkthrough as the first and went back outside to check the AC itself. I was told that they would come back and let me know what was wrong with the unit. They left my unit without saying anything. At this point I was beyond frustrated with the technicians and called the company directly. I believe I spoke to Diane where she had to inform me that they installed a bad compressor. I wanted answers as to why the technicians would leave in the first place when I had been waiting in my 90 degree apartment for them to come back inside. To which she of course had no answer. I told her the situation that I waited in my car for 2 hours prior to them coming into my home.. that Im 35 weeks pregnant and this issue had been going on for days and that it shouldve been resolved the first time when I voiced my concerns that they shouldve done a thorough check of everything from day 1. She apologized for them. But as I called again and asked for the two technicians names that I didnt want those technicians in my apartment because it wasnt getting fixed. She told me they had limited technicians and when I kept voicing my complaints about the 2 within my home she just said okay they wont be there (in a means to shut me up) with no further information. As of yesterday we called to see when they would be coming back and because of their lack of technicians we would not be getting service until Wednesday. Diane also told my apartment complex that I denied services for Saturday but this is not true. If she wouldve informed of the situation fully I wouldve just not been home when those technicians came. Its almost like Im being punished for voicing my complaints.
