Josh was incredible. I called and he came the afternoon of my phone call. He was able to fix the problem where others had wanted to sell us a new unit. The temp today is 109 and he worked outside and got it working in an hour and half. I can't say enough good things about the service. So grateful for an Honest company. I would definitely recommend Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning. Josh was very responsive, knowledgeable, on time and had a better deal to offer compared to the other companies that wanted to charge more. His guys came the day after to replace the AC and also sealed a pipe on the roof to prevent future leaks. Jose and Ivan were friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. With over 100 degrees outside, they were quick, mission accomplished and even cleaned up after. Thanks guys!
