Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing

We hired Sierra Air Conditioning to install a new Lennox A/C unit 4 years ago. Since installation, we have taken advantage of their bi annual preventative maintenance program and been satisfied with the results. Late in September this year, our A/C system stopped blowing cold air. I called Sierra for service. They responded promptly, sending Service Technician, Tunde Moore within two hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The Compressor (still under factory warranty) had failed and needed to be replaced. This critical part is in short supply and it took 10 days to get the part. Immediately upon receipt of the part, Sierra scheduled Tunde Moore and an assistant to make the repair. Tunde and his assistant worked tirelessly, late into the night to get our A/C unit up and running. We very much appreciate their professionalism and dedication in completing our system repair. We continue to have extremely positive experiences with Sierra AC and Heating. Our AC went out over the weekend and when I called Sierra on Monday morning they immediately scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Fabian Pantoja was the tech that came. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us several options for repair. Fabian did not leave until he resolved our situation. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. Lastly, Fabian was honest about what we could expect in the future. My husband and I only trust Sierra AC to handle our AC needs.

July 11, 2022 Today is one of the hottest days of the week. My air conditioning stopped & started blowing warm air at midnight. I shut it down so I don't warm the whole house until morning. I called Sierra Air Conditioning at 6:30am & scheduled a service. Though I didn't get serviced until past 6pm, that didn't matter when Joshua Cervantes (Service Tech) showed up. He's one of the bests & dedicated technician I've ever met. In 112 degrees heat, he worked flawlessly. He checked my fan pressure, gauged my capacitor, washed my fan coil & checked the unit. He left me very cool, I couldn't say less about him but so much appreciations. Thanks Joshua, you are truly one of the bests & I'm looking forward of getting you back for my next service. It has been more than two years having serviced & I have not had any negative issues with their services. Keep up the great job ladies & gentlemen!
