My home warranty company re-assigned my work request to Ice Cube Air after the prior company (which I had problems with in the past) - was a no show and I have been without A/C for ten days.. Ice Cube Air called me yesterday and the technician was out today. Not only did they respond within 24 hours, they were professional and polite. The repair was a fuse and the technician had my A/C unit up and running within 30 minutes! Service: Repair HVAC

The tech who came out to my house provided inaccurate information to me and my home warranty company. Ultimately the problem was not fixed and its 95 degrees outside and 91 degrees in my house. Ive been on the phone for 50 minutes and no one is willing to help me and have been extremely rude. Service: A/C system repair

The receptionist on call for today (8/30/22) refused to connect me with a supervisor or technician, and proceeded to threaten and laugh at the horrific situation my family is currently experiencing. Their technician came a week ago, went up into my attic bypassed something in the electrical system that has since left every fan in my house running and throwing HOT AIR into my house nonstop for since he left. He left LIVE WIRES exposed in almost every single one of my units (pictures included) and the access door open, which let in dust and bugs, so we had to personally go up and close the hatch. My home warranty called them to fix my cool air, which stopped over a month ago, and yet they came in, ripped open my attic and walls, and left every fan connected to the system running and throwing HOT AIR into our home for days. When I expressed this to the receptionist she laughed at me, INSISTING that I was lying and it wasnt possible for the fans to be working. I have video evidence, recording every single room which fan is blowing hot air (you can hear and SEE it moving the the papers I put up to the vents to prove they are indeed throwing air) which I desperately offered to show her. I literally said I could FaceTime her if she didnt believe me, I have video evidence I was willing to show her. She KEPT saying lol no I dont believe you! At that point I asked for her supervisor; thats when she went off on me. She demanded that I go to the breakers and turn off the fans yourself! She asked me, a non technician, to mess w my wiring and that they werent liable for what their technician did and how he left me house. My house is UNBREATHABLE with hot air, after their technician came. The reception put me on hold for an hour, so when I called using another phone, she told me you again? She literally put me on hold to waste my time - she REFUSED to connect me with someone else, not a supervisor not technician. She then threatened to call my home warranty - I was on the other line with them! They were shocked, said that the company had said they ordered parts for my house and that they would return on the 31st of august. The receptionist, who at this point exposed herself as having a god complex, claimed that SHE had no idea what the warranty company was talking about. She then proceeded to tell my warranty company they were never coming back to my house! And hung up! This woman is inhumane. I dont know who she is or why is has been given charge of handling phone calls, but the company clearly is in her hands, and if she doesnt like you, will bully and mock you for suffering the actions of their technician staff. Appalling and disgusting behavior on her part.

They work with American home shield warranty company Came out charged me a couple times for Freon when they didnt fix leak Then disappeared Totally unresponsive Called my warranty company. Took weeks to get a hold of them Dont use them Terrible service Service: A/C system repair

From the time you call and talk to their rude office manager your experience gets worse. The tech that came out first lied about me having the wrong thermostat so they wouldnt have to do the work. My air conditioning was covered under a home warranty. I spent three months through the summer arguing with this company before finally getting my air fixed. Every interaction with anyone from this company was horrible and shady! This was again in the summer so I had to have family members move around to other places because of the heat. Theyll try and blame it on your home warranty people too so dont fall for that one. They dont deserve even one star! Ive owned four houses and this is by far the worst experience my family has ever gone through. Service: A/C system repair
