      image I almost never write reviews, especially because pepboys isn't known for good service. But, I just wasted 2 hours of my time after being referred to this pep boys from the Stephanie st shop for an alignment. I had to wait about 20-30 minutes until the guy doing alignments shows up then I had to wait another 40 minutes for him to tell me that I need a big adjustment and he doesn't feel comfortable doing it on a Mercedes. If he doesn't feel comfortable working on those cars then tell me from the start. After that, I got to drive home in traffic. All that for nothing. On top of all that, they were going to charge me $150 for the alignment when I could just pay $50 more and have it done at the Mercedes dealership, and ACTUALLY have it done. Screw this place. Go anywhere else even a craigslist mechanic before this place.
