I stopped by this shop on a road trip after getting my brake pads and rotors replaced from a different Pep Boys location after my brakes were making a scraping noise, the guy refused to even look at my brakes and told me that my warranty wouldn't be acceptable at this location. To top it all off he wouldnt get me in till 2 days later, I highly recommend stopping by Big-O Tires instead.

Brandon and Guy were so welcoming and helpful from the get. Fixed the AC in my car in very little time. My experience here could not have been any better. Would hands down recommend coming here to get work done on your car, thank you guys!

I would like to send out thanks to Guy I made an appointment to come in 05-28 for a brake inspection I told Guy as he asked questions about how long ago have I had my brakes done I told me on 05-24 I went into tire works on Craig rd and was told I need front rotors and brakes front and back but my vehicle was making dragging and giggling noise Guy told me that they left bots off my tire and I needed to have new pads and rotors on the front the backs were ok I want to say that there is honestly still here in this world and we always here how mechanics always do women dirty but again special special Thanks to the technicians and Guy at pep boys God bless you all

Update:
I have lived in several states and been to several repair shops in my life but never found one as honest as this particular pep boys.
I have been going there for 3 and a half years now and no matter what issue I had.. they went above and beyond to take care of me.
Most recently I had a warranty repair that I needed but I didnt want to go to any of the shops the warranty company suggested because Brandon and this Pep Boys is who I trust.
They were not listed in the approved list so.. knowing i didnt want to go anywhere else.. they did all the legwork just to make sure i could get it done there!!
My vehicle is always finished on time.. they have NEVER made a mistake they had to later correct.. I just cant say enough good things.
Honestly.. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!!
