I would not recommend coming here for a hitch installation. I drove 2 1/2 hours for an appointment that I made a week and a half ago and was told that the part has not arrived yet. No compensation, they could really care less.

Don't maintain their equipment and tried to pin charges on me after I returned not one but TWO faulty trailers after just 2.5 hours when I was supposed to drive across 3 states. Delayed my plans costing me big $. Had to dispute charges because manager is criminal-tier in their tactics of handling "refunds." Luckily I filmed everything. Just avoid this place. Go to Reno if you need to rent something.
