Office Depot is NEGLIGENT. After I fell entering the store, I fell because the curb was not painted, I submitted a claim . . Claims analyst sent me to property management company , FMK Management, no one is responding to my communication. FMK painted the curb two weeks after my fall. I have permanent scars on my knee and a back injury. It's unconsible that company like Office Depot to be so NEGLIGENT.

I love this properly managed store with a large selection of great quality merchandise in office supplies, office furniture, postal services, and home goods which has been a life saver on many occasions. Their self service copier/scan/print/fax machines have always been a life saver on many occasions as well. Their staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with all office related essentials. The store is always clean and organized. No matter what type of service or product needed, I appreciate that I have always received the utmost service, and top quality merchandise.

Poor customer support, we came in looking to buy 2 computer desks. $500-$600 sale. Had to go looking for staff, no other customers, but she was to busy on her phone. Instead of helping us get a fit, she could only tell us we could order online. Jeez, I can do that, so we did, Amazon.

The recently remodeled store is more appealing than before and easier to find stuff. Looks like a Best Buy now. I can usually find everything I need. I like that I can choose what I need on line, then they will set is aside and I can quickly pick it up in an hour or less.
UPDATE 2021
Just used their online ordering / curbside pickup option again. Item was ready for pickup in less than ten minutes. Outstanding!

Excellent place for either self-serve or full service copy and printing!
