I could not love this place more. Ian is responsive, helpful, and cheerful. He helps me with all my printing needs and I always leave there happier than when I went in. And if you really want a treat - buy yourself one of his exclusive notepads of beautiful cardstock - it's got a little grab to it - and I enjoy having it at the ready to jot down a quick note.

I went in there to print out a label, I had a mask on but not over my nose due to health reasons. Right away the owner wouldn't help me until I had my mask up over my nose, I explained to him I'm not able to breathe, all he could say was "up over the "nose" and kept on repeating in a rude fashion so much so I told him I will take my business elsewhere as he told me he will not be disrespected, well he sure disrespected ME as a customer! I went to the UPS store and glad I did! They know how to treat a customer! No wonder at this place there were no customers inside. I would advise anybody to think twice before dealing with this place if you want to be treated right as a customer! Very rude!
