Gentleman's Choice Formal Wear

Horrible service. Had 5 groomsmen, 2 ushers, the groom and 2 ring bearers fitted, I don't even know why they were fitted because everyone had an issue. Either their pants were the wrong size, or some had shoes, some didn't. The ring bearer's tux were HUGE then we were told they didn't size as small as they were. If they would have let us know that we could have purchased tuxedos elsewhere for them. We could only pick up our tuxedos the Friday before the wedding, our rehearsal was at 6 and everyone in our wedding party was waiting at the store to get their pants fixed. One of our groomsmen even had to pick his pants up Saturday at 10 am. Our photos began at 11am. This is unacceptable service. The 2 employees acted annoyed and rude. My groom had to take his pocket triangle out because the piece of fabric they gave us was cut so many times it had strings everywhere that kept popping out. Our tuxedos were almost over $200 A PIECE to rent. The ring bearers were $89 after tax. These kinds of mishaps could have been avoided with proper measurements and honesty. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. I also have written corporate a letter. Hopefully I will hear back from them.

There was a lot of confusion the week before prom and my boyfriend got the wrong colored vest. I went in with my dress and got the color matched and the employee was extremely helpful and made the experience a lot less stressful. I was very pleased and will be returning as well as recommending Gentlemen's Choice to my friends going next year.

I have really enjoyed using Tina's services for my daughter and son's weddings as well as their high school events. She is very personable and trustworthy and she went out of her way to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend her services for all of your tuxedo needs.

Not only were the invitations beautiful, but I've known the groomsmen, ushers, and my dad for a long time believe me.. I've never seen them look SO GOOD!
