Similar to other posts - my first experience here was terrible so I should have known better. Coming back as a bride shopping for our bridesmaid dresses was lousy. The selection is EXTREMELY limited with even more limited sizing. My bridesmaids felt horrible trying on dresses, and I was embarrassed I even booked an appointment at this place. Some drove over 45 min to attend. They stuffed us in the hallway fitting rooms (5 people) plus our dress cart, which impacted other customers too. No one ever checked on us during the process and when I asked for help, it felt like my request was a big ask instead of something as simple as it was. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Huge selection, great customer service. My daughter went to 5-6 stores and could not find a dress. She came here and found 5 that she loved. We should have come here first.

Great experience looking for my dress here. Easy to work with. All of the ladies working were amazing and friendly. My associate took the time to listen to what I wanted and respected my budget too. I'm sad the process is over. Highly recommend!

The day I said yes to my dress we had amazing service, but when I came in for my bridesmaid dresses and made an appt and we had absolutely no help from anyone. We had to wait around and nobody asked if we wanted a room or anything (we had to ask for rooms and had to ask someone to help us with sizing which we actually had to write down measurements for each and they had measurements all 2-4 sizes too big.)(which I believe they should have given a size in that dress to have them try on to make sure before ordering.) For what my bridesmaids paid for our dresses they should have been treated better. Also they ordered my wedding dress a year in advance and they didnt even check to make sure it was the right dress when it came in they just called me and said it was in. I live 2 hrs from the store and when I got there and went in the fitting room and saw the dress I knew it wasnt mine. So they said they would expedite my dress with the correct backing in 2 weeks but they it was over 6 weeks to get it in. I wouldnt recommend buying dresses from here. Worst customer service and stress for a bride to deal with when its supposed to be the easy part.
