They were very professional, showed up on time and did a very good clean up , and answered any questions I had , my sales guy Michael Flegg I would recommend to any one, and I had one issues where I needed a down spout that came loose and the warranty team was out right away and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I had called pyramid to have some shingle on the back of my house that have blown off. And when the salesmen Joe Shanks came out he also. Took photos and looked into the attic and went over and beyond and realized one of my exhaust vents was not hooked up and they gave me a very good deal on the repair for the shingles and just hooked up my vent for free , and the repair guy Cole was very professional and did a Awesome job and helped answer some additional questions I had about some things , they took care of me and just said to call them when I actually need a whole new roof. Just had new roof installed by Pyramid Roofing. They were efficient and professional. Chris Babb was professional and kept us informed of every step of the process.
