Shout out to CJ and Angel! A downspout was disconnected from a high gutter during our recent wind storm and I was told that someone would come out today to evaluate it, tell me the charge and set up a time for repair. CJ saw what needed to be done and offered to fix it on the spot which they did. Very kind, courteous, efficient and professional. They are excellent representatives of the company! In the recent windstorm, I lost 1 shingle from my roof. Upon recommendation from church members at St. Andrews UMC Omaha, I called While Castle. Jordan Ottoson was wonderfully helpful and came out expediently to assess the damage.Angel & crew member came out 2 days later and fixed the shingle. Fair and honest businesspeople. Contacted white castle roofing about a roof inspection from a wind storm. Set up appointment for them to come out. Jordan was early for his appointment. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and found we were only missing a couple of shingles. He said they could do the repairs at no charge. Isaac came out a few days later to complete the repair.
