      image Two hour wait for engraving, which can be understandable given it's the it's the holiday season. However, after two hours and 25 minutes I was notified, only because I went to pick up, (after stopping in once to check on progress) they didn't have the item I wanted and had already paid for. Why I wasnt told this from the beginning or when I went to check on progress is ridiculous. Not to mention the whole three hours we were in and around the store they only have one person working. They were way too busy for one employee. Horrible service and we usually love shopping here.
