Do not sell to this company. The store is temporarily closed and I was told multiple times that I would be able to receive the remaining $60 I have in store credit from selling clothes to them in cash that is set to expire at the end of March. Worth mentioning that theyre planning on reopening eventually and also are selling items online and have several stores still open in Omaha. I reached out to them 2/22/22 and was told to email them with my information and a photo of my card. I followed their instructions and sent an e-mail minutes later and did not hear anything back from them. Its now been 10 days since I contacted them and I have followed up with them via email, Instagram, and their chat feature on their website. They have not responded to me or even acknowledged my request. Every time I reach out they have an automated response telling me to email their admin email, which I have done, and then they ghost me. I can understand that things might be difficult when theyre in a transitionary time but they have made it abundantly clear that they have every intention of reopening and in fact go into great detail on their social media about how profitable the store was over the past few years. In fact, the company at large is still active between their locations in Nebraska and their online presence so it feels incredibly frustrating to have them ignore my requests in the hopes that Ill go away and that my store credit will expire and then they dont have to fulfill my request. This feels incredibly disheartening considering Ive always had a great experience with selling and buying and all of the Scout employees. So many of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe are from Scout and Ive told more people than I can count that its a great place to buy and sell clothes but now Im unsure if Ill even return to the new location once it re-opens.

Bussinesses hurt themselves by doing this stuff .They no longer answer there phone or messages and they don't pay cash in hand when buying. You call they don't answer or it goes right to voice mail. Since they moved it went downhill

There location on Underwood avenue closed down and there wasnt anything posted about it. Drove 30 mins here. Extremely disappointed.

Few suggestions, sign into your google business account, and mark closed on the Underwood avenue location. Biggest pet peeve to go to a location that says they are open and they are closed. Not only was it closed today. But it is permanently closed. I might check the other location, but its my general rule to boycott places who say theyre open when they are not.
