Terrible service when you want to wire your money out. It drives me crazy indeed. 1 simple request and it takes a half month and not yet proceeded.
Bad read at customer's email, answer like a bot. Imagine how you feel when you are having problem and spend time to compose an email and get back unresponsive email and nothing solved. Then you send few more one, still like you talk to a hand.Also poor communication between departments.

They stink. Their system freezes all the time costing you to lose to money. They refuse to take any acocuntability even after admitting their systems caused me to lose money. Traders beware.

Signed up online because they claimed all OTC stocks are $6.95 (plus "regulatory fees"). Since others charge $50 for foreign otc stocks, I figured this would be the best way to go.
After I sign up, they held my funds for 4 days, which was not clearly communicated prior to initiating the transfer.
Lastly, I make the trade, and leave enough for the fee. About 10 days later I check and my account went negative, due to them tacking on a $15 "Foreign security fee." Vanguard for example will clearly specify there is a fee for foreign OTC purchases, allowing you to cancel before submitting.
I was Already disgusted with TD before signing up for Ameritrade against my better judgment, so I felt the need to look up their corporate address to leave this negative review, in hopes someone will benefit from knowing how slimy TD is.
