You changed the app and now we can't log in. Despite repeated attempts to contact someone, there has been no response. Please fix the app, so we can use it again, or lose a customer.

I'm a frequent Scooters customer and use the app with great frequency. Beginning on approx. 3/1/2024 the app stopped working. Despite following all the suggestions for getting it to work (deleting and reinstalling, leaving a message with corporate, etc.) nothing worked/there was no corporate outreach to get the matter resolved. Unable to cash in my coffee points, I am very, very unhappy. Considering the businesses isn't THAT large, I'd expect a better response for "home grown" customer base. Very, very disappointed.

You should put out tip jars for your employees in the stores. Where I go they are friendly and efficient. I want to support them.
