Due to water damage we unexpectedly had to design a new kitchen. My husband and I feel blessed that Vicky Bauer was available the day we walked into the Cabinet Factory Outlet! WOW! Vicky was amazing to work with! She was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and all with a smile! Her follow through was stellar throughout the two-months it took for us to complete our final design. If you want customer service, that is no less, then excellent, she is your gal! Excellent products but horrible customer service. Dana was condescending to my wife on multiple occasions. If I had other timely options I would have returned and moved on.

I bought a semi custom bathroom vanity and used the remnant program for the top. Kendra was great to work with and everything turned out great!

My husband and I are remodeling our master bathroom and are looking for quality. We visited with the intention of buying. Not one employee greeted us despite greeting othe people. They looked right past us. I wondered if they are racist but based on other reviews, they're just rude. Definitely not worthy of my time or hard earned money. If I could give negative stars I would.
