AG Contractors did an addition to our home 10 years ago. The project was to have been completed in 90 days. Job was finishec 10 months later after I threatened to have someone else finish the job and deduct it off the final bill. Since job was done we have had to have the roof over the edition redone at our expense. Floor tiles are coming unglued from ghe floors. Cracks in the ceilings. Nail pops everywhere (drywall poping off nails in the drywall). This company knows nothing about quality workmanship. They will do anything and everything wrong if you let them get by with it. I will never refer them for anything. Would not even let them build a dog house....they would screw that up also!!!!

**UPDATE** Today the owner called me saying he wanted the review removed. Tried to explain things and was upset that my simple answer is we got bad customer service, and you got a bad review for it. Plain and simple. He stated excuses I said that's fine we went with someone else and are happy. He was upset because Google won't remove the review, UM GUYS that's the point, so you can't control your reviews online and people get an honest opinion of your company. THEN he threatened to have his attorney send me a "letter" to make me remove the review. I stated, " I left you an honest review, you provided bad customer service and got a bad customer service review, learn from it and move on". I also mentioned that the last time they had a happy customer was 3 years ago and they have had 3 unhappy ones in 11 months.... This company needs to fix their methods don't use them there are LOTs of good places in town for this work. -Chris Called them 4 days in advance told them it was a time critical repair and that i needed custom work done. "oh we can def do what you want we will send out an estimator" schedule it, they call me 43 minutes before the time (9:17am when time for appointment is 10) to say the "estimator" called in sick just this morning. Interesting that now i see their number they called me on Saturday also sooooooo. Lady was very rude when i informed her I don't have time to reschedule I need this done now, money isn't the issue, it is effecting my business. DON"t Use this company for your work, if this is how they treat a customer who clearly states the speed is important and money isn't an issue how will they treat you if your looking for a fair quote.

I called for a free estimate and the appointment was confirmed with a conformation call the day before. The next day, the day of the estimate , nobody showed up , nobody called , nobody answered when I called them to see why no one showed. My husband missed hours at work so he could also meet with them only to have no one show up at all. They never even called. Thanks AG Contractors

Don't believe a word from Brad Price or Owner of the company Rob. They just put a new roof over my addition and it is leaking. Called them to come out and fix it and they said they had nothing to do with it. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They will just take your money and run.
