Really, really, not happy. We had an appointment today to have our drier looked at 1:30pm, so I went into work early and got home before the appointment time and was working from home. No one came by at the appointment time, but I figured they were just running late. I have been taking calls on my work phone, so I didn't hear them call on my personal cell phone and didn't notice they had called until about 40 minutes after they left a message. They were calling to see if I was home, which they would have known if they had shown up for the appointment since I've been here since 1:00pm. I called them and was told that the technician was now out of town and wasn't coming back into town, so they wouldn't be coming out today at all. They didn't even try to come by at 1:30 or call again before leaving the city and cancelling my appointment for the day. They wanted to know if I would reschedule. Absolutely NOT. It's unbelievable that they couldn't be bothered to call again or come by before just deciding that they going to just skip my appointment. They just decided to completely waste my time. What horrible customer service. Thankfully, they aren't the only appliance repair company in town.

Great work repairing the ice maker! A refrigerator that came with our recently purchased home leaked when a water line was connected. Had a technician out to inspect quickly. Ordered the part and replaced for less than the cost of a replacement.
