although there was a lot of damage done, ServPro was able to handle the whole cleaning and repair process very well

We had a lightning strike which caused a small house fire. ServPro did a quick and thorough cleanup, replaced drywall, painted, and replaced our subfloor and flooring. Everyone did a great job! We are very happy!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We are so blessed that Servpro worked on our home after a house fire! They have been so patient with any questions and concerns we have had, and have went over and beyond for our family. The work has been outstanding. They are very professional, I recommend Servpro to anyone! They are there to help move in go as easy and smooth as possible and that’s exactly how it has been, being a mother of two children I couldn’t of done it. I am so thankful to be home and I couldn’t of done it without you all! We came home from a long weekend out of town and found a half inch of water standing in our basement. I called Servepro and they said they could be here in 45 minutes. A half hour later, there were 8 people here, starting the clean up. Every step of the way, they have been very responsive, professional and have made this process as easy and pleasant as possible. In the beginning, dealing with another contractor was the last thing I wanted to do. However, they have been a complete opposite of the frustrating experience we have had before. All of the sub contractors were polite and professional. The work has been of the highest quality and done when they said it would be. When there was the random issue (some of the paint was uneven in color), it was taken care of immediately, and without excuses. God forbid we should ever need their services again. But if we do, they will be the first call. Without hesitation! I can not recommend them, strongly enough. Service: Water damage cleanup
