Update: I in my opinion would not have Attorney Schutt for a parking ticket. Trust is essential for this and every other aspect of human to human contact. If either party breaks trust, it is never the same. Ive filed a complaint with the Nebraska Bar Association. Attorney Schutt deserves scrutiny in my opinion. I will publish my letter and the NBAs response when I receive it.
