After receiving a payment, she tried to convince that the charge does not effect the CDL, which is not true. She advised us just to pay the fine which becomes twice more expensive with a court cost. We refused the deal and she just said it's illegal to amend this charges since it's a CDL case (She knew about a CDL before taking the case)
The attorney Lisa Schutt definitely does not know a traffic law and took the case just to get money, but not to provide work
