Stay away!! If I could give half stars I would. I went to get my wisdom teeth out. First thing to know if they don't put you under you are conscious the whole time. I had never had novacaine injections or had surgery before. When they first injected me I felt the fat feeling but after the first two teeth were pulled the feeling starting to wane. And once Dr Stacy got to the third tooth I was feeling pain. They don't numb your teeth if they have to cut through them (there are ways to numb the teeth even if they have to cut through the tooth itself). They didn't tell me that I was going to feel pain when they first started to cut through my teeth, so I started crying uncontrollably. I was scared and in pain. Then he responded with "Crying is not going to help" it was very condescending and rude. I can't help the fact that I am crying it shows how little empathy he has. I asked for more novacaine and they gave it to me. He had to leave the room or else he would "get too excited and start to early." It was a scary and traumatic experience. The stitches they use don't dissolve so you go back a week later to get them removed. They didn't give me any tools to clean out the brand new holes in my head and didn't prescribe me any pain medication. Only a Z pack to prevent infection. So I used over the counter things like ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I felt helpless, stupid and, played when I walked out the door.

Rude office staff. I went to the office to have a root canal and crown. I was never told prior to my appointment that I would have to put $500.00 down. This should have been communicated and when I asked why it wasn't communicated they basically told me I was lying that I was not told. I thought I had found my new dentist after going to the same dentist for 35 years. I will never go back to this office after being treated so unprofessionally.

Had a tooth pulled. It was so quick and painless. I was having severe pain and I was able to scheduled my appointment the same day I call. It was super fast. Staff was great.

Honesty. Integrity. Skill. Three things you will encounter with Dr. Stacey and his staff. In the last three years I had visited two different dentist offices that told me that they couldn't even clean my teeth, or fix my cavities without first going through a deep periodontal cleaning for $900.00. Both took my x-rays, measurements, payment, and sent me home with no cleaning and no plan to fix my diagnosed cavities. Recently, I found Dr. Stacey online, called their office, and made an appointment based on the conversation I had with the receptionist regarding their policies. Long story short, I got x-rays, a wonderful cleaning (finally!), and when I asked about scheduling for my cavities Dr. Stacey and his assistant looked at me surprised: I had no cavities nor did I need a periodontal cleaning! According to the last dentist I had visited, I had 7 cavities and the periodontal cleaning was 100% required. Corporate dentists have quotas to fill. Beware! Dr. Stacey is the real deal, a professional with integrity that does what needs to be done, but does not push procedures or falsely diagnose for profit. His staff is of the same mindset too, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. God bless Dr. Stacey and his staff.
