Fantastic! I'm usually pretty nervous about trips to the dentist but they are very gentle and quickly proved I had nothing to worry about. Thanks for a great trip!

I recently had the pleasure of being seen at Twin Creek Dental, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service I received. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my busy scheduling needs, putting me on a quick call list and working diligently to ensure my needs were met before the end of the year so I was able to utilize my dental insurance. Navigating the challenges of a small office, they exhibited a high level of professionalism, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. The proactive approach to scheduling, despite potential constraints, showcased their dedication to meeting customer expectations. Twin Creek Dental not only provided excellent service but also took the time to review their cancellation policy. Understanding and appreciating the reasons behind such policies can contribute to a smoother experience for both the customer and the service provider. Communication was seamless throughout the process, and I felt valued as a customer. The efforts of the team did not go unnoticed, and it's clear that they prioritize the needs of their clients.

I went in for fillings today and was told before we started that if at any time I felt any discomfort or anything, to raise my hand so that they knew and could accommodate. Almost all the way through the first filling I raised my hand and let them know that I was having difficulty breathing out while they were doing their procedure at which point they stopped, let me catch my breath and then continued. My difficulty breathing had to do with my frequent nasal passage apnea while in a laid back position. I was able to breathe in but not out through my nose. In order to not interrupt them much more, I adjusted my breathing and resorted to breathing through my mouth since the alternative was impossible at points. Because they were spraying water in my mouth and it would accumulate in the back of my throat at times, I found myself in the predicament of not being able to breathe through my nose and then also not being able to breathe through my mouth at which point I would have an involuntary swallowing reaction to the liquid in my throat as I was essentially drowning. Once that happened it would interrupt the dentist. I apologized at one point and wasn't met with a polite "that's okay" or any concern or reassurance of any kind but an awkward silence as to say, "you should be sorry". This involuntary reaction happened probably 6 more times over the course of the procedure, 3 times eliciting a visual exasperated reaction from the dentist as if I had any sort of control over it. Again, I was polite and said I was sorry for the reaction and all I got back was a cold "breath through your nose". If I could have I would have. I told them I was having difficulty breathing during the procedure and I wasn't given the least bit of understanding or patience. I will not be coming back to this office for dental care. There are countless other qualified professionals that are more understanding and courteous than what I just experienced today. I found it extremely rude when I was nothing but polite. The dentist's chairside manner is abhorrent.

Do not go to this place. They are rude and unprofessional. There's no need to shame someone for having to cancel appointments due to insurance changes. The cancellations even occurred before the window and made clear at reasonable times. No need to bring it up every 5 minutes with different nurses.Information is supposed to be kept confidential and no need for everyone else to hear so why shout when the patient is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU?! Also when a patient is saying that they're in pain, the nurse yelling and stopping saying, "What is it? I'm not doing anything!" is BEYOND ME. If someone is in pain from your lack of knowledge on how to use the medical tools correctly, is crazy. Why blame someone when they tell you they're hurting. UNPROFESSIONAL. Apparently, there is a common problem here on how this staff treats guest, and need some training on basic customer service. Says a lot coming from a medical place that deals with people's teeth. Find some place else PLEASE.
