POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY MY FRIENDS GO TO TEAM CHEVROLET IN SCOTTSBLUFF--BETTER TREATMENT AND BETTER SERVICE!!

      image My 16 yr old daughter went there with a promotional coupon for a $50 oil change and tire rotation. The service dept charged my daughter for synthetic oil without telling her they were using synthetic. The service dept never called her or notified her of this charge. Then when she went in to pay they told her it was required for her vehicle. The coupon was never applied, no receipt was given. Teaching my daughter how to adult and she's taken advantage of. Warning to everyone, don't go here, unless you want to be overcharged and lied to.
