They dont live up to their own standards. It took 10 months and me to contact a Ford Executive to get my repair completed. Scott the service advisor kept telling me my engine was on back order when he never ordered the engine. Scott never communicated and is the epitome of how far Woodhouse has fallen. Jake A. Is the only decent part of this experience, he was urgent and kind. The current experiences drag the Bob Woodhouse name through the dumpster. As a former employee Im saddened by the whole situation. I recommend finding a dealer who VALUES their customers.

My truck was needing serviced and I also noticed a rattling noise inside my cab. Mikal, who helped me with purchasing the truck months ago, went out of his way to schedule both the service and have the issue looked at. They got both done in the same day and the fixed the noise problem. Great customer service and quality work done.

Ford Blair sales experience at the dealership went well. They were patient and guided me to the right vehicle for my needs at the price range I was looking for. However financing could have been more responsive with the details on the phone and with delivery. The delivery driver was in a rush when he dropped my vehicle off and I noticed he had left some hot tamalie candies on the driver's side floor that he'd dropped. Let's just say his customer service skills is lacking. But in the end on got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted so I recommend Woodhouse Ford albeit would have been a better experience if I would have done the whole transaction in house.

Couldnt value my 2024 vehicle bc it wasnt on the Kelley blue book yet , so the salesman looked up a 2023, 2023 value was $34,xxx so he said right around there, maybe add a couple thousand, then I left with them calling around for an evaluation and the plan for him to call me once they got word on value , called an hour later saying it was worth low 20s to them. Complete joke. Crooks. Go ahead with some silly response about how your not a Toyota dealership. Woodhouse continues to undervalue trades and then if you want to buy used , they tell you how they have to pay up to get trades in the inventory, definition of shady business

Truck was inspected paid $40,000 in a check and after two weeks front end noises. Crazy we have bought three vehicles through woodhouse ford and this will for sure be the last!
