I have been in this store three times now and have had great outcomes albeit the service can be a bit awkward (not a deal breaker). After a service blip from scheduling through Apple Support with my most recent experience , all went smoothly. Mall location is great access as its close to main entry. Its a great local service interface for all that owning an Apple device entails.

I was having timing issues with the simply Mac in Bozeman so I reached out to Taylor to see if there was any way Simply Mac in Missoula could complete my repair instead. The technician, Taylor was absolutely wonderful! She went out of her way to find the best solution for me! Getting in contact with them initially was super easy and Taylor made sure to give me consistent updates! If I have any other issues with my apple products I'll be making a trip to the simply Mac in Missoula!

On Saturday I bought a MacBook Air to replace my 2015 MacBook Pro. My tech's name is Ryan. As I had come in later in the day, the MacBook Air wasn't ready until closing, and Ryan said it was all set up.
When I returned home, I was unable to get it to accept my password, no matter how and what I tried. They were closed on Sunday, and Ryan had texted me to see that all was OK on Monday. I took my MacBook Air in then on Monday morning and Ryan figured out what had gone wrong in no time, fixed my mouse so it would work with my Microsoft 365 or anything else I could use it for. I also bought a stand so I can place it on the kitchen counter and not worry about spills, and it is easier to read this way.
They have so many accessories there - it is amazing - from sunglasses to eBikes. I highly recommend going to Simply Mac in Missoula, MT if you want some expert guidance with your computer or just want an upgrade. Ask for Ryan - he was congenial, quick and patient with all my questions.

Had an appointment to have my MacBook Air keyboard checked out. The clerk checked it out initially. He barely looked it over after I gave background details about the issue I was experiencing with the keyboard seeming to not work and/or a key being stuck causing some issue that was preventing typing. Without looking at it much he says the entire keyboard will need to be replaced for $500+ And due to a chip in the display, that the keyboard replacement would likely make that worse, requiring the display to be replaced too. At which point it would be cheaper to just get a new MacBook. When their tech returned from lunch she gave similar feedback.
I was skeptical of their hasty response, and was also reluctant to drop a grand on another MacBook Air. So after the appointment I checked out my computer one last time to see if a last ditch investigation into my system preferences could solve the problem. It turns out my keyboard had somehow got stuck in dictation mode based on a shortcut Id accidentally pressed on the keyboard.
So my keyboard is not broken, I dont need a new computer, and I will not be going back Simply Mac. They seem to only be interested in charging you top dollar for potentially unnecessary fixes and/or selling you a new Apple product. Thanks a lot.
