Update: Extremely understaffed, messy and kinda oddly dead atmosphere. Get on it, corporate, unless your cashing out, and if you are be quick about it. Retail space is limited here obviously, don't make a pest of yourself . Now that my brutal criticism of corporate is complete, I will say people here have good attitudes, and are really pretty helpful.
Overall really good.. the display space has gotten a little off the rails for the PC monitor area, but the employees here are great and might even ask you if you need help! The pinnacle of the retail team. Also, there's probably going to be at least one who can answer technical questions anyone might have.
I bought a pretty expensive monitor after going insane trying to figure out the current PC monitor purchasing landscape by myself (don't, unless you are recent as of a year or less). What I took home is perfect for me, and I'm very technically demanding down to deciding against a favored VA panel for a new generation IPS panel after insights gotten in-store (bad choice). To be honest I didn't expect that after many experiences over the years in brick retail component shopping.
Things are in good shape at this site as far as I can tell! Also, be watchful for a cash volcano brewing in your wallet or purse or smartphone... The toys have only gotten cooler and they're displayed in a way that makes you want to buy everything in the store, kinda messy monitor area notwithstanding
Edit: The Ultragear monitor I wound up buying is insanely annoying to use. The interface is something a jr. high arts class might come up with, and the internal driver running it is a complete mess. HDR on it is a nightmare to get setup consistently, and it likes to randomly change settings based on other settings, like a labyrinth in the nine hells. The high contrast it should be capable of is non existent, and the eye searing, basically un-adjustable brightness of it in a dark room is obnoxious. Avoid, avoid avoid avoid: get something with a nice interface - it will probably be a reflection of the internal software.
