I stopped at the kiosk to check out a new cover for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3.......was going to just get one of the basic covers, but the salesman told me about the new cover that fits right onto the back of your phone and creates a display through the clear, square opening on the front cover. We connected it and it seemed to work, and at the moment I thought it was a pretty cool feature. I purchased that cover for $35 and then left for a business trip over the next 10 days. While on my trip the cover gave me nothing but trouble with delayed action on the phone, the screen would freeze, requiring me to reboot, etc. I took the back off several times to make sure it was attached correctly, it still delayed and froze up..........it obviously did not work properly. I returned to town and went back to the kiosk, asking to return this defective item, and the guy said their return policy was 7 days.....I said could I speak to the manager because this isn't just a frivolous "I don't like the color" return, this is a defective item that was sold to me........he said "I am the manager, and our return policy is 7 days" I could not believe that he wouldn't at least let me try a different cover to see if I just got a lemon !! This is a shady business if they are selling defective items and then not standing behind their product. Most of their business is selling cases that you would never have a problem with, but this particular case actually connects to the working components on the back of your phone.........there has to be better coverage for something like that !! I'll go back to buying all my cases and covers on Ebay !
