        I went in to buy a new phone and they were out of stock on the phone i wanted so i had them call me once some came in. They call me and tell me they have one reserved for me, set aside with my name on it. The next day i go to pick up the phone and they sold it out from under me...totally wasted my time and offering no solution to their mistakes... this is unprofessional and unacceptable...
