I had an incredible experience with the Round House and Cody getting some new boots. They helped me get them dialed-in, and the customer service was great! Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Excellent service! I showed up 30 minutes before closing needing to replace a broken binding. I was planning to ski the next day. An employee helped me quickly identify a replacement and then went into the repair shop to mount it himself so that it could be done before close. Im very appreciative of the great service.

Wonderful experience from the fitting process to the recommendations of gear. Bought new poles, boots, helmet, bindings and jacket from Round House back in November. With the shortage of good snow this winter, I wasn't able to try out the new gear until this past weekend. Had an issue with my choice in size of boots I purchased. Round House is completely taking care of it and truly stand behind their commitment to make sure you are in the right gear. Thank you to Aegean for your help today!

Great shop with great people but their ski mount is 75 dollars which is expensive. Stores nearby will do the same job for 45 dollars.
