        Help by calling is hard to get. Guy scheduled to come out to see about expanding propane use never showed up. Guys who drive delivery trucks are good.

        The company I originally used sold out to Amerigas. They were awesome. Good luck talking with anyone local now that Amerigas bought them out. I tried for 3 months to get someone to come deliver a submerged tank. The local number directs you to a call center. “We’ll get right on it”. Time and time again. Finally called Madison valley propane. They delivered in 5 days. They always answer with any inquires and are very kind and professional. The empty Amerigas tank sat in my driveway long enough I finally loaded onto my trailer and hauled it to them. They were none too happy but I had a wedding at the house and A 500 gallon tank wasn’t the yard feature we were looking for. Go with Madison valley. Local and they actually answer the phone.
